About Local Greek

Local Greek opened its doors in November 2017, offering fine, authentic Greek meze, desserts, breads and pastries. Local Greek is located north of Palmer Square, just off Witherspoon Street, across from Tortuga’s Mexican Village.

Our vision

We want our customers to feel that every time they visit Local Greek they escape Princeton and they are in Greece. The vibe and our hospitality is what makes us distinct, providing top-notch and friendly service. Come relax and enjoy the Local Greek experience!!!

Small Bites by Local Greek & Local Greek Lambertville

On August 2019, Small Bites by Local Greek opened on 20 Nassau street in downtown Princeton, in order to offer an easy access grab & go spot with the best of Local Greek, offering breakfast all day and tasty Greek street food staples.

On March 2022, Local Greek welcomed its second location in Lambertville. Taking the exact concept of Local Greek and landing it on a scenic spot by the canal right before the Delaware river.

COVID-19 Setup

Surfaces are sanitized after every use. Vaccinated customers do not need to wear masks, while we kindly ask unvaccinated customers to wear masks unless sitting at their table.

Our outdoor dining area is open when weather permits. Please check with the restaurant if you have any questions or require more information.

Pickup & Delivery

Local Greek offers pickup and delivery options. You can order pickup using the link on the site, curbside pickup is also available. Delivery is offered by Grubhub and DoorDash.

BYOB & New Jersey Wines

The restaurant is BYOB while New Jersey wines from Old York Cellars are also available. Customers can bring their own wine and beer, but no hard liquor is permitted, according to New Jersey laws. The restaurant has the right to ID any customer who’s doing BYOB and looks younger than 21 years old.

Reservations

For reservations you can book online using Resy. Note, due to the size of the restaurant, that for parties of 14 people and more, a set price menu applies, therefore contact the restaurant directly for such reason.

Set menu prices differ depending on the time, the day and the size of the party. Weekday rates are between $60-$70 per person and Weekend rates $80-$100 per person.
